what if I don’t have a tub?
You can use a soak as a foot bath instead. Warm water in a basin deep enough to cover your ankles, half a pouch, same 15 minutes.
can I use it in a jetted tub or hot tub?
Not in a hot tub — the minerals and oils aren’t meant for a filtered, recirculating system. A jetted tub is fine if you rinse it after, same as any bath product.
okay for sensitive skin?
Most people are fine, and the fragrance-free version leaves the essential oils out entirely. If your skin reacts easily, patch test on your inner arm first and check the full ingredient list. If you have a skin condition, ask your doctor before you soak.
can I use it if I’m pregnant or nursing?
Ask your doctor first. We can’t make that call for you, and neither can a website.
how long does a pouch last?
One pouch is one soak, so a 3-pack is three soaks and a 6-pack is six. At about one soak a week, a 6-pack runs you about a month and a half.

I love love love Flewd! Ache Erasing has become such an essential part of my self-care that I had a near panic attack when I thought I was going to run out.
