Me and my husband love these soaks. They all smell so nice and what they say they are for they really do help with it! Our favorite is the Insomnia one (unbelievable sleep afterwards) but the anxiety one has helped me a few times to not be overcome . We like to soak for a nice 20 minutes. We soak twice a week and it has helped tremendously with our sleep routines and his chronic inflammation and pretty much over all mental healthy . We use them as couples development time and just fill up our tub and soak from knee down while having our conversation and unwinding after the day. We have been using these soaks for over two years and we honestly never want to live without them. They are truly love in the tub.
